Freelance: How to Pitch Editors at International Publications

With foreign bureaux shrinking, there is plenty of room for freelancers with great ideas from all around the world. For regions like Romania and the Balkans, the key is that first pitch and building the relationship, while offering stories above and beyond wire coverage.

In a 60-minute long webinar with Q&A, veteran freelance journalists Kit Gillet and Andrew MacDowall will discuss making it as a freelancer, building relationships with publications, and selling stories from often-overlooked corners of the world.
