Kit Gillet is a British freelance journalist based in Bucharest, Romania, reporting on the Balkans and further afield. Andrew MacDowall is an independent consultant and writer focusing on Central and Eastern Europe. He has written for publications including the Financial Times, Guardian, New York Times, and Independent. Building on his work in business journalism and analysis, he advises a range of clients on investment opportunities and risk and communications in CEE and beyond.
